DEPOSIT - 1/4 SHARE BEEF

Our Quarter Beef is cut based on our very own favorite cutting instructions.  You can expect about half of the meat in ground beef and half in cuts, including steaks, roasts, stew beef, and other cuts. This beef is New Hampshire-bred, born, and raised. This is Dry Aged Beef that is exclusively grass-fed, grass-finished and free from antibiotics, growth hormones and everything else. This is natural beef that makes a delicious meal every time.

The price is $9.00 per pound of hanging weight of the beef, which includes the cost of processing.  Hanging weight of these Quarter Shares is expected to be 100 to 150 pounds.   Pick up is expected to be the first week in September.
