DEPOSIT - FULL SHARE PORK

Our Full Pig allows you to custom select your cuts, if desired. A Full Pig will generally be about 250 to 300 pounds of pork (before smoking), including pork chops, ground pork, roasts, bacon, and sausage (smoking and linked sausage at additional cost). This pork is New Hampshire-bred, born, and raised on pasture, and is free from antibiotics, growth hormones and everything else. This is natural, heritage pork that makes a delicious meal every time.

The final price will be $8.00 per pound of hanging weight of the pork, which includes the cost of standard processing and vacuum packaging.  Hanging weight is expected to be approximately 250 to 300 pounds per Full Share.  The final price, less your deposit, will be due at pick up.  Linked sausage and smoking will be at additional cost, and is payable at pick up.
